Pay over 20 years with HELP

Toronto homeowners with an M postal code can borrow for a heat pump, installation, electrical upgrades and permits, at a fixed 5.12% over 20 years (rates valid to Dec 31, 2026), repaid through the property tax bill. We provide the installation attestation and completion report the City needs.
